Vision, on the other hand, is the ability to see with our minds – a mental picture of the future, a purpose, a direction. It's the "why" behind the "what."

A lack of vision is, in essence, a lack of life. Without a vision, we drift aimlessly. As the saying goes, "If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there." But "there" might not be where you want to be. Without a clear destination in mind, you're likely to attract what you avoid, simply because you haven't consciously chosen what you want to attract.

Our thoughts are the architects of our reality. They translate our heart's desires into mental pictures. If you can't picture it, you won't achieve it. How can you find the motivation to pursue something you can't even visualize? It's like trying to build a house without a blueprint.

Leaders possess vision. They see possibilities before others can. People are naturally drawn to follow those who have a clear direction, a  compelling vision of the future. No one willingly follows someone who is just as lost as they are.

Let's explore the different facets of vision:

• Perisight: (Also not a standard term, but here it might suggest looking around at the present environment, understanding the context.) Perhaps it means being aware of the present moment and the opportunities it holds.

These different "sights" contribute to a well-rounded vision. They allow us to learn from the past, understand the present, and create a desirable future.

Vision is fueled by three key elements:

• Conviction: The unwavering belief that something is possible.
• Courage: The strength to pursue that possibility, even in the face of obstacles, turning it into a probability.
• Confidence: The assuredness in your ability to achieve your vision, which stems from competence and turns probability into perception – your personal reality.

However, a word of caution: Confidence without competence is simply confusion. It's essential to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to back up your belief in yourself. Sometimes the world feels like it's pressin' down, ya know? Like you breathin' underwater, and ain't nobody throwin' you a rope. This ain't no feel-good bullshit, this is that real-life, stomach-in-knots, stare-at-the-ceiling-til-the-sun-comes-up kinda shit.

We out here grindin', chasin' dreams that feel further away every damn day. People see the hustle, the shine, maybe even a glimpse of success... but they don't see the nights spent wonderin' if any of this even matters. They don't see the demons you fightin' just to make it to the next morning.

I been through some things, seen some things, felt some things that would break most. The kind of pain that makes you question everything you thought you knew. Loyalty fades, love turns sour, and trust becomes a luxury you can't afford. Faced with betrayal after betrayal, a man starts to sink in the dark abyss of his mind.
